On September 11 and 12, we will have our STEAM INNOVATION Final Conference, in the fantastic city of Matera, Italy, which is a UNESCO World Heritage site.
The conference, with the title “Advancing Science, Arts and Cultural Heritage for Sustainable Futures”, will take place simultaneously with the STEAM INNOVATION Transnational Festival, for 2 consecutive days, and both will be the culmination of the STEAM INNOVATION project.
The conference will be organized by the project consortium (Science View, Inquiry Fuse, NUCLIO, and MateraHub) and promises to be a hub of ideas, culture, technology, art, and innovative education.
At the conference, we will have a fantastic lineup of keynote speakers coming from the consortium countries (Greece, Cyprus, Portugal, and Italy), including representatives from the Creative Europe program, innovators in the field of education, representatives of regional policies, innovative teachers, among other stakeholders.
We will have an Expert Roundtable discussion with the keynote speakers, panel speakers, among other moments where it will certainly be analyzed in depth how cultural and creative dimensions can be systematically integrated into European educational systems to create a more human-centered future.
This is a fantastic opportunity for teachers and/or other stakeholders to submit their own abstracts and articles to be officially presented during the conference’s speaker panels.
If you have been a pioneer in innovative STEAM methods, integrate STEAM into your classes or activities, or develop new education strategies; this is your platform!!!!
